FAQ

We will ensure that your apartment is fully functional and freshly cleaned!

Yes, we have onsite maintenance.  Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.

You may place a service request online through the resident portal, RENTCafe Resident app, or contact the office.

Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours.

No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service.  

During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out.

Yes, we have open parking, carports, and garages

Each unit has a laundry room inside where the hookups are located.

There is a $250 non-refundable fee along with a pet bond $87.50

No, we have parcel lockers for resident packages.

The fitness center is always open.

Free weights, elliptical machine, treadmill, cable pully machine

Due to Covid, we prefer appointments if possible.

Management is accessible during normal business hours.

You can apply online or pick up a an application from the leasing office.

It takes about 24-48hrs for us to complete your screening.

The application fee is $50 per person and the administration fee is $100 and the prorated amount 

Read your lease before you sign it. Submit your notice to vacate in a timely manner. 

You can pay using the online portal, money order, or check.

You can create an account on our website to access the resident portal.

We charge $25 for valet trash, $5 for pest, $5 for parcel lockers, water is allocated , $25 pet fee.

Yes, all residents are required to have renter's insurance.

Utilities are not included in rent. Water billing will be allocated.

Call the company before your move in date and let them know the service start date.

Guests that will be staying more than 2 days need to register with the office.

No, Subletting is not allowed.

You will be required to pay 2 full months of rent plus 85% of 1 month's rent

We are near Mountain View College, Molina Highschool, Mary Mcleod Bethune Elementary School, and Oliver Holmes Middle School and Loop 12.

We have a dog park on property.

Yes, Oakcliff Nature Preserves.

There is a Fiesta and Walmart nearby.

Depending on where you are coming from. We are off of loop 12 exit Keeneland 

Illinois and Duncanville
